If you need to change or cancel your product order or service booking, we can offer a credit for future purchases if timely* notice is provided. If timely notice is not provided, no credit will be provided but we will work with you to find a solution for the use of your purchase.
Photos of damaged products along with proof of purchase is required and must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Since our products are perishable, we regret that any contact after the 48 hour window could result in our inability to assist.
