RETURN POLICY

We work hard to develop lifelong relationships with our customers and are committed to providing quality products with excellent customer service either in store, by phone or online.

We appreciate your business and if you have any questions or concerns about your product order or service booking, please contact us within 48 hours so that we may work to achieve your complete satisfaction.

If you need to change or cancel your product order or service booking, we can offer a credit for future purchases if timely* notice is provided. If timely notice is not provided, no credit will be provided but we will work with you to find a solution for the use of your purchase.

Photos of damaged products along with proof of purchase is required and must be emailed to  [email protected]. Since our products are perishable, we regret that any contact after the 48 hour window could result in our inability to assist.
